- Nick over on Brockley Central had his readers convinced that an anarchist collective had taken over part of Wickham Road. Bizarrely believable, that one, what with the G20 protests and today being Fossil Fool's Day.
- Meanwhile over on DailyMaybe, Jim reports that green slime thrower Leila Dean is to stand as a PPC for the Conservative Party (again, for a split second, I believed that one).
- Liberal Conspiracy has a great video of Tory Eric Pickles on Question Time trying to justify why he needs a second home when he only lives 37 miles away from parliament. Green Party leader Caroline Lucas MEP and Lib Dem Ed Davey look on aghast.
- Finally not an April Fool's joke, but sadly true, 853 reports on Boris Johnson's decision to scrap the Greenwich Waterfront Transit scheme, which was quietly announced yesterday.
